Ivan Castillo is the founder of Five Hearts Herbs, a yogi and practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Ivan is also a Marine Corps veteran. After working firsthand with herbal medicine for a number of years, Five Hearts Herbs blossomed out of his deep love for these incredible plant medicines and his own personal journey of healing. Ivan and his life partner Veronika currently live and work in Los Angeles, California.
